Please know that it is our goal for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Each order is handled with utmost care and with as much transparency as possible. Due to the nature and delicacy of paper and ceramics, all sales are final.
Exceptions are made in the case of any damage incurred during shipping. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your artwork. Be sure to provide your order number and images of the damage. Once your item has been approved for replacement, we will ship the replacement. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Gift cards are not eligible for a refund.
